Social entrepreneurs are very committed to the cause. That is to create a positive impact on people in need.
However, often do not achieve the desired effect.
Why is that?
This is partly due many social entrepreneurs are missing exactly what they claim in a special way: entrepreneurial thinking.
Entrepreneurial thinking requires the ability to identify market opportunities and time to capitalize on them.
Also referred to as the ability to utilize commercial tools such as business model development before embarking on a new social venture.
