The Elephant in the room
Social Entrepreneurs. Can we talk about the elephant in the room?
Let’s deal with the elephant in the room. potential social Entrepreneurs identify social problems that need rethinking. Yet often social projects fail after the initial enthusiasm.

Ok, but how do you do deal with the elephant?
Social Entrepreneurs need innovative entrepreneurial concept balanced with sound business principles.
How do you tackle this?
In my experience, the following 3 foundations are helpful:
1. Awareness
Almost given, there are social inequalities everywhere. To find a worthy project is not difficult.
2. Passion and Desire
Most social entrepreneurs I met have this in abundance. A hunger to improve the human conditions and to do good.
3. Tools and skills
That’s where people like me step in. Working hand-in-glove with aspiring pioneers of change. Educate and train, with proven business tools and skills.

Shoo the elephant out of the room – gently.
